Description

We bring you a new way to understand a very famous recipe: Forvm Chardonnay vinegar steamed mussels with blue cheese! During the recording of Ben Trobats TV program, our oenologist, Carles Muray, offered this great recipe for an appetizer or first dish as a new way to enjoy  this quick and easy recipe.

  1. We put the mussels in the cooking pot.
  2. Cut the blue cheese, and add it to the mussels.
  3. Add a splash of Forvm Chardonnay vinegar and basil leaves.
  4. Make sure that the pot is properly covered, to concentrate steam. Let cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Bon Appetite!
