Description

We travel to the past to recover one of the recipes of Ferran Adrià with Forvm vinegars. A VERY EASY recipe from one of the best xefs in the world.

Ingredients

Elaboration 

  1. Cut into rectangles watermelon 4x10 cm with a thickness of 1.5 cm.
  2. Blanch, cool, peel tomatoes and cut into cubes.
