We travel, we grow and learn from each of the food cultures of those countries they arrived. Today, we bring you a recipe adapted from Japanese temaki, prepared with ingredients and very Mediterranean spirit :)
Prepare normal rice for Sushi. Mix the freshly cooked rice with 2 tablespoons of Chardonnay or Flavivs FORVM and add a little bit of salt. Reserve to cool out.
Cut tuna into sashimi as well the avocado, and add some shoyu and extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything well.
Cut salmon into sashimi and mix with the salmon eggs.
Mix the cooked prawns with the “Allioli” sauce.
Place first some rice onto the nori weed, then the “Perilla frutescens” and ingredients prepared in step 2 , 3 or 4.
