Ingredients
  • 600 Gr. clams
  • 2 Peeled garlic
  • Parsley
  • 30 Gr. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon flour (about 15 gr.)
  • 400 Gr. fish broth
  • 75 Gr. White wine
  • 1 Bay leaf ground black pepper
  • 350 Gr. spaghetti
  • 5 Natural striped tomatoes
  • 1500 Gr. Water
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Forvm Chardonnay vinegar
  • Elaboration

  1. Soak the clams with salt, for 30-60 minutes to loosen the sand of the sea.
  2. Chop the garlic and parsley in small size. In a pot we put a little oil, garlic, parsley, the natural striped tomatoes and make a "sofrito".
  3. We add the flour.
  4. Then we add a little fish stock, white wine, bay leaf, black pepper, FORVM Chardonnay vinegar and clams. And wait few minutes (8 to 10 minutes) until the clams open.
  5. On the other hand, we boil the pasta "al dente".
  6. We take out the pasta from the water.
  7. And we finished mixing the spaghetti with the sauce and clams.
  8. We decorate with parsley to our taste.
