In the foothills of Garraf Massif, historical and original zone of this variety, we obtain a fragrant Malvasia de Sitges with a clean, bright visual aspect. After a controlled fermentation in French oak barrels of 500L we have achieved a high fusion of flavours. In the glass it is reminiscent to tropical fruit, such as peaches, apricots and also caramel and lactic flavours coming from the short aging in oak barrels.
In mouth it becomes powerful and expressive with a acidity providing a good aging to the wine. Very recommendable for fresh food such as vegetables, pasta, rice and raw or marinated fish.
