Vinified “in white”, this Red Xarel·lo from an old vineyard, has been made in an oval cement tank, where it has been aged for 6 months with its lees.
On the nose there are fruits such as grapefruit and apricot, but also notes that take us to the uniqueness of this vineyard, accompanied by a milky background gained through working with lees for 6 months. In the mouth, it stands out for its density and structure, ending with a long, salty finish.
