Coming from an old vineyard with views of the Mediterranean Sea right next to the winery, with this Xarel·lo fermented in French oak barrels we show that this variety can be aged for long periods in the bottle, giving very complex and structured wines. On the nose we can find notes of quince, orellana and honey, which evolve in the glass.
In the mouth it is fresh and structured, with a sweet, dense entry and an acidity that accompanies it throughout its journey.
