Chicken with garlic

Type of vinegarForvm Chardonnay

1 chicken
6 garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
Vinagre Forvm Chardonnay
Salt and black pepper


  1. Chop the chicken into small pieces and brown them in a pan with some olive oil.
  2. Reserve the chicken and brown the garlic cloves in the same oil.
  3. Add the chicken, vinegar, salt anb black pepper and let reduce the vinegar.
  4. The Forvm Chardonnay vinegar helps us to achieve similar flavours that lemon or orange use to give us in this recipe, but not so acidic and more tasty.
  5. Serve hot with Basmati rice, mashed potatoes or very thin french” fries made in the oven for 30 minutes.
