Goat’s cheese salad with dried fruit vinaigrette and Forvm Merlot

Ingredients
Bouquet of lettuces (oak leaf, canonical,…)
100 gr. of 100% goat’s cheese
80 gr. of walnuts
40 gr. of muscatel sultanas
A teaspoon of thyme honey
Dried tomatoes with oil
Extra virgin olive oil
One tablespoon of Forvm Merlot vinegar
Salt

ELABORATION

  1. Emulsify the vinaigrette with the oil and the Forvm Merlot vinegar.
  2. Correct the salt and mix all the ingredients with the lettuce.
  3. Grate the cheese on top.
  4. Garnish with a reduction of the same Forvm Merlot vinegar.
