Sauteed Prawns with Forvm Chardonnay vinegar

800 gr of small red shrimp
1 clove of garlic
1 small chili pepper
Olive oil
Forvm Chardonnay vinegar
Salt with flakes


  1. In a frying pan lightly fry the garlic slices with a little bit of chilli.
  2. Once it gets a little bit of colour add the shrimp and salt flakes.
  3. Cook on both sides and at the end add a dash of Forvm Chardonnay vinegar.
  4. Allow to reduce for a few seconds and remove from the heat until plating.
