Pale yellow colors. In nose it reminds citrus and tropical fruits such as lemon peel and pineapple. If you leave it in the glass for a while, the lactic flavours of the lees work, appear. The palate is dominated for the freshness, softness and is followed by a good balanced density with a nice acidity that will keep it alive during long time in the bottle.
A kind of Xarel·lo very suitable to pair with the Mediterranean diet as mushroom risotto, vegetables or seafood, and meals, such as creams, sauces, soft and strong chesses.
